That is when, rather then just return, they chose to stay a while, interteine cultures because ours was just too gr8 a culture to overlook and eventually as time passed as you say, along with African influence and other gr8 influences, we have the Puerto Rico we now know, our Beautiful Isla del Encanto. Lamentablemente los europeos los mataron con sus enfermedades y abusos. Puede ser q en la Cordillera encuentres una q otra persona con rasgos fuertes pero de seguro no es 100% Taino!
